Sad News...

It is hard to keep both posts up.. i will continue to try for the next 3 weeks, but unless life makes itself easier on me, i fail to announce that "life of me!' will be shut down, and only 'The Woodards' will remain :)

A very fun day in school!!!

So today in school we were totally and absolutely bored out of our minds! So to make up for our lack of having a teacher, we decided to continue bandaging and splinting each other up.... hehe, it's amazing what we do :) So i figured i would share my fun times in school :)And yes I am Aware that i look like a dork.. It's the price i pay to one day save your life XD

TOld you i wasn't looking back, and you didn't believe me. Now do you do? I'm happier than i have ever been, and you don't get that. You can grow up, and when you have matured, maybe you can see that life happens, people move on and I'm long overdue for some TRUE happiness.

Is it possible to move out right now??? thoughts?

I'm so sick of a particular sibling that lives in this house and her husband. I can't do a single thing with my own mother for my own wedding without one of them jumping down my throat for every little thing. Take today for example. Sibling a, we will call her KB, yelled at me because i used her shoes to go over to Marie's house to pick up Marie's camera for tonight's D-Backs game. I get yelled at by her, fine whatever. Then this morning i find her shoes and yell down the hallway to her i found your shoes, their in the cubby where i left them. Then her husband just HAS to jump in. "We'll if you stop wearing her d*** shoes maybe she will stop using your stuff." i blow him off and go change for school and while I'm changing, he runs into the other room, takes ALL of Kb's shoes and locks them in her room, because i can so totally wear flip flops to a medical school. (IDOIT!) then i get home and their complaining because Taylor's toenail polish is coming off and i need to pick a new color, so i yell into the other room you want it done this color, fine do it yourself im busy. then he jumps down my throat AGAIN over the stupid shoes and how i keep jumping down both of their throats and im causing h*** to break loose at the house. mom agrees with me that he is acting like a child. then he slams the doors after mom tells him to chill out and he of course talks back like he does.and its just.. AHHH!!!!! I want to move out NOW. Forget waiting until after the wedding, i want out now and get the heck away from them. I'm already stressed about my own wedding, school, being carless, finding a house, and so much more. My emotions have no control at all when im here and poor bret has to suffer with me randomly crying because i dont know what else to do. i need out... any suggestions??

It's official, I'M ENGAGED!!!!! :)



Ok, now time for the details since i know some of you are dying to hear them! ;)

After church, bret went home to change and then we came to mom's for some BBQ ribs... YUM!!! he brought his computer so he could work on his lesson, or at least thats what he told me...

anyways, well i decided i was gonna nap while he worked, so i passed out.. 3 hours later i wake up, i dont see him and so i texted him and he was all im in on the other couch working still... i said ok, went to investigate, and then got shooed away... and yes, i memorized what he said.. "Go back to sleep, you're gonna need it tomorrow. I'll come in there when I'm done, I'm almost done." haha.. right...

then like 20 minutes later, he CALLS me on the phone to go into the other room... THE OTHER ROOM!!!! lol

He wanted me to look over the powerpoint presentation aka slide show to make sure people could keep their interest, and since i'm the perfect test subject, it worked. I get to distracted easily lol.

Well he starts the slide show and the first thing i hear/see is "Then" by Brad Paisley, which we have declared out song.. us and most likely 500 other couples but hey, it works lol. Then the text "it all started with a phone call.." came up and then Sterling's picture and a picture of Sterling's phone lol then i got where it was going, and i think you all do to :) It went through our first date, six flags, utah trips, etc. totally cute! then right before it ended he was all "is that the time?!?" and i was like, ya... its 5:50ish why? "we were suppose to be at chris's to sign papers for the house at 5:30!" so i buy into him and we head out the door pretty fast. well, we get closer to the car, and he hands me a bag of M&M's that are all pink and white... i read the first one i could which said, "Kitty, marry me?" i turned around and kissed him and then he was all look, and i was like i read it! YES! and he was all no, look! and pointed to the seat(car door was opened for me) and i look down and on my seat is my ring!!!! then he verbally asked me with ring in my hand :) and of course i said yes!!!



So everyone, that's the big whole story! then we really did go over to Chris's house to sign papers, and right before i left i sent a email to as many people i could, then i got on facebook and then here, and ya... lol
The "BIG DAY!" is September 19th ish(depend on the Temple of course). The reason for it being so fast is because of my schooling/internship will be 10mos full time no breaks basically, and he didnt want to wait till march/april/may time to ask :)

The Gift of Talents..

I decided that I would share my bordem, my beauty, and my talents with you all by posting these two videos. The first is titled 'Grandma's Garden'. It's a dedication to all Grandmothers, on Earth or in Heaven, and even yet to come. The second is the Mother's Day video I made mom, titled 'The Kids'; She cried, like normal. It was my first video, and I think I did very well on it, so I'm sharing it with you all.

Desert Banner Hospital

So, friday i went and got a barium swallow... never want one EVER again... i was fine that day, and even went to school... Saturday i went to my friend Tyra's wedding in St. Johns, which is seriously smaller than a walmart... no joke. well on the way home, my stomach/lower abdomen started to really hurt, i passed out because i hurt and i was really tired. we got home/back to brets round 3 or 4ish. church was at 9... bret stayed up most of the night working on his talk due that next morning. woke up, got ready for church/choir and ya.. it didnt hurt anymore, well... it did, but not much. choir was ok, but i hurt.. then i sat in the back during sacrament and thats when it started to hurt, a heck of a lot more... so after sacrament i went up to bret, trying not to cry mind you, and told him i needed to be taken home, now. so he took me and like 2 secs after he left, mom had me call him and tell him to come back and take me to either the ER or to urgent care. bret choose the ER after talking to Megs, a good friend of ours, she is a RN in PHX. Well we went to the WORST possible place ever, Desert Banner Hospital... went in at oh, 11am and got out round 10pmish... bret was with me basically the whole time, he left for a bit to sleep, which he didnt do really. the released me with a bacterial infection in a rather odd woman place(they were looking for a sisth on my ovaries... nuff said) and no explanation of the pain, at all, but i got vicoden for it...

then yesterday morning i woke up with massive pain, and they said if pain was worse go back, so when i got out of class i went back to desert banner, because i didnt learn the first time.. well i wat there with mom at 2pm, dad came round 4pm bret came round 6pm and vanessa came and stayed with me round 10pm. well, i wasnt allowed to eat or drink anything because the doctors ordered a NPO, which i actually understood, it translate into Nothing By Mouth... remember massive pain here.. so i got nothing for the pain, nothing to eat or drink, and i was dehydrated pretty bad... so round 730 maybe a bit later, this was after scott called and told me to yell at them, i finally got the courage, and poof, i got a liter bag of saline. :) still no pain meds though. so i was told that they were just waiting for a room to open up and to get me back, which finally happened round 1am. then the nurse gave my meds for vertigo, an inner ear imbalance which doesnt explain the pain i had AT ALL, but they treat dizziness. i was just fine, but in pain, and they made me dizzy and i wanted to puke, so they gave me stuff for that. then they sent me home! OK, i know their trying to do their job to the best of their ability, but to be honest, they forget who they are treating and just care about the number of PT's they can get in and out and where the decimal point on their check is. ER's are about helping people in an emergency situation. when a pt comes in, physician/pt relationship begins, and they have you sign papers saying you wont sue, but you can actually sure them, its all for something called malpractice and negligence.. man, going to school to be an MA REALLY helps you know what rights a patient has and what ones are violated in an ER. Ok, im done complaining, i feel really tired and i need sleep... so ya. i will keep you all informed to the best of my ability,

life updates itself

I know: I haven't been on for a while, nor have i posted ANYTHING! I'm sorry readers, life is pretty crazy as of late...

Car shopping with Bug's family, going to movies with TIffany and Marie, hanging out with Bret and Jenny, and of course going to school...

Well, today (at least so far) i had a grand adventure at the blood lab. my dr. wanted me to get some blood work done so i went today and everything was fine and dandy. no problems, until the lady pulled out the needle... she wanted to stick a huge needle in me, even after i said "a butterfly is going to be your best bet with my veins." did she listen?? nope! She stuck the needle in, no blood... weird, so she pushes it deeper, still no blood, but i felt a sharp pinch where she pushed with the needle. gets even better... then she starts to wiggle the needle around because no blood is coming out at all, and i close my eyes and say woah, because i suddenly got really dizzy and nauseated. i open my eyes to see her standing in front of me asking if i was ok because i was suddenly very very white. she puts the 'pass out' bar down to catch me if i should faint, which it totally felt like i was going to. that or puke... well she then takes the needle out of my arm puts the cotton ball on, and LEAVES THE ROOM! i was freezing, skin was tingling, extremely dizzy and i swear i was going to puke on that lady if she came back in. and when she did come in i had a hard time understanding what she was saying and it was just bad... the head guy helped her carry/lead me into another room to lay down, and i hear mom say something along the lines of thats my daughter for you. then she appears out of no where asking if i needed water, which i said yes to. after a while mom leaves and the head guy sticks me with a butterfly needle, gets the required blood, and talks to me to keep me up and awake and stuff. i felt so much better when he got the blood out. Me mom and tiffany agree, the lady went through my vein, so im gonna have a huge bruise on my arm, and i still have to go to school today... how evil... Bret was so cute about everything too, i told him of course. he was all are you sure your ok? lol i was home by that point so ya i was ok. he is such a sweetheart :)


ok, since my long distance relatives know basically nothing about Bret, i will finally spill the beans so to speak.

I met Bret through a friend of a friends cell phone lol. the power went out at school, actually everywhere in gila valley, and i knew no class that Wednesday but i still had this feeling to go to institute that night :) so i show up and i talk to dayna who is talking on Sterlings phone to bret. i think whatever im playing piano. so i go play and dayna comes in and starts playing messenger between me and bret, and then hands the phone to me. so i talk to him for like a half hour, mind you dayna had been talking to him for a good hour or so at this point. and i really like talking to him, and then dayna comes to steal the phone back and i just booked it. i didnt want to stop talking to him! it was really fun. he told me that if i was ever down in mesa that me and him should go on a date, at that point he didnt know i came from mesa lol. needless to say that friday i came home, went on a date, and ive been with him ever since. :) He is 24, hails from Provo Ut, only boy, has 2 sisters, Brittany(the olderst child then its Bret), Bethany and Brooke. his parents are so funny! and his grandma is a hoot! i really really like her! he has 2 nephews and his oldest sister just had the first granddaughter, and Brinley is soo cute! She has more hair than Kendal! I spent last weekend in Utah with Bret in Provo. We even went to the Qurriah Mountain Temple open house. it was so beautiful! His nephew Brayden looks exactly like Chris when he was 6, its pretty scary lol. but Brayden was so shocked to see me, he was very happy too. he told Brittany(his mom) that i didnt have a cat face, he liked that lol he is also so strong, and he freely gave me a hug goodbye, it was so cute! and Torrin is just aww.. Torrin is way cute for a 3yr old! he acts like nathan and emma combined, a wheenie towards strangers, but will play with you and act like they love you instantly. its way cute.
I spent basically every day since April 15th with bret... or at least on the phone with him... and the kids all love him, bailey is the funniest so far though, she talks about bret all the time, but when he is here, she is so shy!!!!! its cute. and sara is so mean! Amber, your daughter WILLINGLY went to bret.. twice... she came to me.... once... whats up with that? and when you put ren and bret in the same room, jodi can contest to this, they quote movies, family guy, simpsons, and especially Jeff Dunham and Bill Engvill... they dont shut up!!!! but its still fun to finally have someone that al my siblings, all the grandkids, and parents to like a lot. i love this boy. he is so amazing :) i always laugh or smile with him, im hardly ever sad, and watching the movie UP so does count for him making me cry ;) sad, but very very funny movie, i really liked it!
blah, here i go again talking about my boy.. hehe. i need to go to class, so i will update more when i can :)

Under Construction

If you haven't noticed(which has to mean your color blind, and even then you can see the change) my blog has already started to change... it's going to be a long road to the finish, so bear with me..


Now about school-
Apollo College is really fun! My teacher is extreamly funny and loves teaching, you can tell. But speaking of school, I need to run to school now! :)

A Baptism, Six Flags (again), and Wedding???

Ok, so last weekend, while my family was basically all in Payson, me and Bret were up in Thatcher for my friend Sarah's baptism. It was really really amazing to watch her get baptized! She was so happy and glowing! Funniest part about that whole weekend was that Shon, Vanessa and THE MISSIONARIES, bet on how far into Tyra's talk Tyra would get before the waterworks hit. Sad thing is, the Missionaries won, she got up there and they were already on full blast! lol. Me and Bret had a lot of un hanging out with my firends for most likely the last time, until EAC's Marching Band season starts ;)

Six Flags was this past weekend, and yes, I went with Bret. :) Go figure, i hate roller coasters, and I've been twice in a month, and HAD FUN!!!! But it wasn't just me and Bret, Vanessa Tyra and Sarah were with us, so again, Bret was pimpen. lol
We left thursday and went to the beach (around like 6 or 7) and man was that ocean COLD!!!!! But it was really really pretty sunset, and i got to watch it with Bret, so i was happy :).
Friday we went to six flags, we were there from open(10:30) to close(6:00). The only 2 ride i went on that day were Batman and Ninja lol The 2 most tame rides lol. the reason i went on only 2 rides was because i got a Henna tattoo of a dragon on my leg, so it had to dry(for 2 hrs) then i had to spray lemon juice on it(another hr to dry) and then had to eat. :) We stayed at the econo lodge just 10 mins away from the park. it was pretty interesting for a 2 star hotel. Really pretty flowers, an elevator that people smoked in, and cleaning ladies who didnt care if you were in a non-smoking room, they were gonna smoke and clean your soom anyways... ya, not very fun nor smelled nice.. (ew)
Saturday we again went to six flags and man, was that a LONG day!!!! Ninja, Superman, Tatsu(3x,) X2, Batman, Riddler's Revvenge, Raging Rapids(shipwreck rapids at seaworld is the same ride), and Log ride something lol. The park normally has something like 22,000 people there, but Saturday there was like 50,000 people there!!! Rides were closed due to too long of a wait, presures were off on tatsu, mario lopez was there, man was it a crazy day...
We spent a lot of time at the Glass Shop because the owner's wife was from Japan, and Bret went to Japan for his mission, so of course i was lost while they talked. lol. The owner lived in Japan for 35 years, and couldn't keep up with his wife and Bret talking. More proof how amazing Missionaries are (Go Kira go!!)
We also learned that Saturday morning, Bret's sister Brittany had her 1st daughter! Brinley Kathryn River Piper is her full name! Yes, 2 middle names and yes, one really is River... lol
So Satruday was very very fun!
Sunday we got home round 8, and Bret's ward is at 10.. so i got an hour of sleep before i had to wake up, shower, get dressed and look awake.. man it was hard to do on 3 hrs of sleep!!! Well, i went to his singles ward, and talked to his bishop of a bit, and now I'm IN Bret's ward. :) It's gonna be very, very fun because I'm already in the ward chior. :) Funniest part about that is, I sit right next to Bret's ex, who hates me... and i have done nothing but date Bret, who she dumped over a year ago... meh. So that's me updating... oh ya... the Wedding....




Haha, ya we tole Mom that me and Bret stopped by in Vegas and got married, mom laughed and said it would never happen, cuz Jodi would kill me if she wasn't there lol. but yes, me and Bret have talked about getting married, but before any of you jump the gun and start killing me for it (lol) He knows School is more important right now, and seeing as i switched evening to afternoon classes (11:30 - 2:30 MTWTF) I'm now starting on the 26th of May. Just so you all know. :) If any BIG news happens, you all know you will be informed. :)

Dirt Piles...

Okay family.. All of you, have finally met Bret, minus you Kira...

Well, Jon has a new buddy i think. he's not sure about Chris or Morgan or AM and Kendal yet... but he seemed to like you all, so spill your dirt.. what you think?? :)

ME vs SIX FLAGS!!!

Six Flags... WOW!
Ok, so are most of you all know, I HATE roller coasters, i don't like the loops, the speed, nor the drops or leaving the ground basically. Well, I went to Six Flags Magic Mountain with Bret, a girl from Bret's ward named Jennie(the cute short blonde) and Jennie's friend Ali. Bret was a total pimp! Hime and 3 girls, ya, pimi-zone was entered lol.
Well, Kirsha picked me up Friday and brought me to mesa and then Bret came over and got me with his buddy Chris and we went back to Brets place so he could pack and so Jennie and Ali could pack faster lol. Once we were all pack and had everything in the MINI COOPER(think about that space for a sec... ya, it was fun...) Then Ali and Jennie piled into the back and i sat up front with Bret. VERY fun ride up! Ali and Jennie are so flippen amazing and funny and just wickedly awesome! I loved hanging out with them! Well, we get to Cali and head over to Laguna Hills(basically Laguna beach if you ask me) and yes, it IS very much like the T.V. Show. BUt we headed there to stay at Brian, Jennie's brother, house. It was pretty fun not gona lie, i mean Brian and Bret made us all breakfast before we took off. It was SOOOO GOOD!!!!!!
Then we left and headed to the park. Now as i mentioned before I HATE roller coasters!!!! So the first one Bret takes me on? Tatsu. It means dragon, and I know why... ITS CRAZY!!!! I was soo scared! I think i lost my voice on that ride lol. Poor Bret though, i held his had on every ride, and i think i broke it lol. not really but still... These are the rides we went on:
Tatsu- pretty scary for me, i hated it at first but looking back, it was NOTHING compared to Dejavu...
Dejavu- I HATE THIS STUPID RIDE!!!! It pulls you up backwards, then DROPS you! and you do all the twists and turns and then go up the other rail/side and it DROPS you again!!!! And all this is done BACKWARDS!!!!!! Ya, Kitty no like that one... ever...
Viper- I actually didnt mind Viper, the only bad part about it was how jerky it was and the headach i got after the ride was done.. man that whiplash hurt...
X2- Only really scary part was the beginning, it pulls you backwards then drops and twists you so your upsidedown and backwards... it had fire though, it was cool! Don't tell Bret, but i actually did like this one... lol
Batman- For how much people talked about this ride, i was SHOCKED at how lame it was... the only creepy part was when your feet are close to the water, thats it. but other than that, it was actually pretty lame... short, fast, and lame lol
Ninja- I LOVED THIS ONE!!!!! It was "a baby coaster" which was all fine and dandy for me :)
Scrambler :)- Hehe, i wasnt gonna go on the Riddlers Revenge because it scared me just looking at it, so i took Bret on the Scrambler, and haha, HE was nervous about THAT!!!!! :) I felt so special :) Remind me to thank Richards mom for taking me and Christopher on it at the state fair because it really was fun!!

but ya. In all, i had fun, scared myself to death(you all know i psych myself out) but i still had fun.

THE REWARDS!:
So for going on X2 and Dejavu with Bret, he bought me a ring and it says "My Kitty Kat" and a necklace that says "Taken" i thought it was rather cute, so i made him a ring and it has our inside joke on it, "hands off, Taken!". Long story i dont feel like sharing with you all on that! lol And i also got an airbrush tattoo! its really cute! Pics of the rings/tattoo up later, i have to finish packing! But yes, I had fun, and i want to go again! :) Go figure right? lol

Spring Sing and Bret!

OK, so it was Spring SING not FLING! lol but it was really really really fun! The whole week Bret said he wasn't going to be able to make it up because of work and school and what not. I was sad, but thats life. Well, I'm sitting beckstage, and its just before we go on and Bret txts me good luck and he wished he could have been there. I told him thanks and that he would really like it. Anyways, Womans Choral gets on, we sing, and we did REALLY good! I was very happy with Spring Sing on Thursday night. Carol, my roommate, mom came down to watch/listen to us and I didnt think it was weird when carol asked my fav flower, her mom wanted to know, so i told her my fav 3, and she said ok. Didnt think anything of it. Well, after we sang, a few groups later COmpany got on and did their little musical about a musical numbers(which was totally cute!) and one of their songs is, "He did it". Well, i was outside talking to friends, when i got a txt, from bret, saying He did it.. i was excited, he came up! Or at least i thought... well, after Spring sing was done, i was on the phone to bret and it sounded like he was in Mesa, car alarms going off and everything, then i get to my room, i change and then someone was knocking on my window... It was Bret with a dozen peach roses!!! I was soo happy!!!!! Carol, Carol's mom and Bret all planned a suprise visit for me. I was truely happy. Well, he stayed for ALL Spring Sing, and even met mom and dad, and mom likes him a lot. He is such a gentalman and a total sweet person, and mom thinks its totally cute that he bought me 3 dozen roses, white, yellow and pale pink for my final show. Dad said he wasn't going to bring those back lol. So now my room is basically all packed except for a few clothes, my computer and bedding... otherwise Dad, Mom and Bret helped me pack everything up and sent it home. Kirsha gives me 6 months before I'm engaged to him, but it seems like she has forgotten, me and Bret only met 10 days ago! It feels like I've know him a lot longer. I really like him, and he is so funny! I laugh all the time when I'm with him! Its really great! The following are Spring SIng pics and pics of me and Bret so you all can see what he looks like. :)
